1.Order Acceptance

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance by Tyres 2 U. We reserve the right to:

• Accept or decline any order at our discretion
• Cancel orders due to pricing errors, inventory availability, or supplier restrictions
• Limit or refuse quantities per customer or order

An order is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed and processed for shipment.

2.Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice prior to order acceptance.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, including after an order has been submitted.
• Payment must be received and authorized before an order is processed.
• Applicable taxes, fees, and shipping charges will be added at checkout where required.

3.Product Availability & Substitution

All products are subject to availability. Because we rely on third-party distributors, including Auto Force, K&M Tire, and Northwest Tire, inventory is not guaranteed until order fulfillment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, we may:

• Cancel the order and issue a refund
• Offer a comparable replacement product
• Delay shipment pending restock

We are not responsible for delays caused by supplier inventory limitations.

4.Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• Once an order has shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our control.

5.Installation & Service Disclaimer

Where installation or related services are offered through third parties, Tyres 2 U is not responsible for workmanship, service delays, or third-party installer policies.

Any installation-related issues must be resolved directly with the service provider.

6.Returns & Refunds

All returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Certain products — including installed or used tires, special orders, and items restricted by suppliers such as Auto Force, K&M Tire, and Northwest Tires — may not be eligible for return.

7.Limitation of Liability

• Tyres 2 U shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8.Manufacturer Warranties

• Some products may include manufacturer warranties.
• These warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.
• We may assist in facilitating warranty claims but do not provide additional warranties beyond those offered by the manufacturer, except where required by law.

9.Product Recommendations & Tire Selection

Product classifications, recommendations, and labels such as "Best," "Better," "Good," "Value," or similar descriptions are provided for informational and comparative purposes only. These recommendations are based on manufacturer specifications, product data, industry information, intended use, pricing, availability, distributor information, and other factors determined by Tyres 2 U.

Customer preferences, driving conditions, performance expectations, and interpretations of product quality may vary. Tyres 2 U does not guarantee that a customer's personal opinion or expectations will align with these classifications or recommendations.

Customers are responsible for reviewing tire specifications, manufacturer information, fitment requirements, and suitability for their intended use prior to purchase. Tyres 2 U is not liable for dissatisfaction based on subjective opinions regarding ride quality, performance, noise, tread life, handling, appearance, or perceived value.

10.Errors & Corrections

• We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.
• If an error affects an order, we may cancel or adjust the order prior to shipment.

11.Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Dakota, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Because we operate and ship products across multiple states, you agree that transactions are part of interstate commerce and that South Dakota law shall govern to the fullest extent permitted.
• Any disputes shall be handled in the appropriate state or federal courts located in South Dakota, unless otherwise required by law.

12.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13.Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

• By completing a purchase with Tyres 2 U, you agree to first contact us directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
• We reserve the right to provide all order documentation, including payment records, shipping confirmations, and communication history, to financial institutions in the event of a dispute.
• Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in refusal of future orders and recovery of associated costs permitted by law.

14.Fraud Prevention and Order Review

We reserve the right to review, hold, or cancel any order suspected of fraud or unusual activity. This may include:

• Mismatched billing and shipping information
• Unusually large or high-value orders
• Suspected unauthorized payment use
• Incomplete or unverifiable customer information

We may request additional verification before processing an order. If verification cannot be completed, we may cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method.

We are not responsible for delays caused by fraud screening or verification processes.
