What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unmounted, unused tires. Return shipping costs apply unless the return is due to our error. It's easy, just like buying them.

How do I find my tire size?
Your tire size is printed on the sidewall of your current tires — look for a string like 225/65R17. You can also find it on the sticker inside your driver's side door jamb.
Where do I find it?
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every tire we sell carries the full original manufacturer's warranty. If you run into an issue, reach out to our team and we'll walk you through the claim process.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on all orders. If any shipping restrictions or exceptions apply, we'll contact you before processing your order.
Can I have it shipped to my installer?
Yes. When checking out, simply enter your installer's address as the shipping address. Just give them a heads-up so they know the tires are on the way.
What about installers?
We sell the tires — installation is handled by a shop of your choice. Most tire shops, dealerships, and quick-lube centers will mount and balance tires you bring in. Call ahead to confirm they accept customer-supplied tires and ask about their mounting fee.
