At Tyres 2 U ("we," "us," "our"), all return and exchange requests are subject to the terms below. Due to supplier fulfillment restrictions, not all products are eligible for return once shipped.
This policy is designed to ensure fair handling of claims while maintaining compliance with distributor and manufacturer requirements.
Supplier Fulfillment & Return Limitations
Certain products are fulfilled through third-party distributors, including but not limited to Auto Force, K&M Tire and Northwest Tire.
Where supplier policies prohibit or restrict returns, we may be unable to accept return requests for those items. In such cases, resolution options may be limited to:
- Product replacement (if eligible)
- Manufacturer warranty claim assistance
- Credit or exchange where permitted by supplier policy
Returns are not guaranteed and are subject to supplier eligibility rules.
Return Eligibility (Uninstalled Products Only)
Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if all conditions below are met:
- Products have not been mounted, installed, driven on, or used
- No signs of wear, heat cycling, road contact, or damage
- Items are in resalable condition and original or approved packaging
- Proof of purchase is provided
- Items pass inspection upon receipt
Final eligibility is determined solely upon inspection.
Installed or Used Tires
Any tire that has been mounted, installed, balanced, or driven on is considered used and is not eligible for return or refund.
Installed tires may only qualify for exchange under our Satisfaction Exchange Program, if applicable.
Satisfaction Exchange Program
If offered, eligible tires may be exchanged within 30 days or 500 miles of delivery or installation, whichever occurs first. Mileage and usage may be verified through inspection, service records, or vehicle condition.
This program does not apply to damage or wear resulting from:
- Road hazards, punctures, cuts, or impacts
- Improper inflation or run-flat operation
- Alignment, suspension, or mechanical issues
- Accidents, misuse, abuse, or racing
- Curb damage or cosmetic sidewall damage
- Irregular or premature wear due to maintenance issues
All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval.
Inspection & Final Determination
All returned or exchanged products are subject to inspection upon receipt. Final determination of eligibility for refund, exchange, or credit is made by us based on inspection results and applicable supplier requirements.
Customer statements regarding product condition or usage do not guarantee approval.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Credit card refunds may take up to 14 business days depending on the issuing bank. Other payment methods will be refunded where applicable.
Shipping charges and other fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.
Shipping, Restocking & Return Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified error on our part, defective product, or confirmed shipping damage.
Where returns are permitted, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply and will be deducted from the refund amount.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Shipping Damage or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify us within 30 days after delivery.
Items should be retained in original packaging whenever possible to support carrier claims and resolution processing.
Exchanges
If exchanging for a higher-priced item, the customer is responsible for the difference in price, taxes, and applicable fees.
If exchanging for a lower-priced item, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to eligibility and inspection.
Special Order & Non-Returnable Items
Special order tires, custom orders, clearance items, and discontinued products may be non-returnable or non-refundable.
All special order items are subject to supplier restrictions, including those imposed by Auto Force and other distributors.
Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Manufacturer Warranties
Some products include manufacturer warranties. These warranties are provided solely by the manufacturer and are subject to their terms and conditions.
We may assist with warranty claims but do not independently warrant manufacturer-covered products except where required by law.
Unauthorized Returns
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy, including items returned without an RMA number or outside eligibility requirements.
